We train to open the eye, to orientate in the
vitreous cavity and remove the vitreous and the posterior
vitreous base |

We test different instruments in a practice eye and transfer our expertise

Surgical procedures (we remove blood and tractional membranes, learn
to avoid creating holes and lens tough and to laser holes)
Illumination principles (we compare small and wide angle observation)
The 20 to 25 gauge transition (we compare the different standards)
Disease related peeling maneuvers (we peel in different diseases) |
